Add a whole-house <hdmi-matrix> section: NHAV-1632 device, the
hdmi_matrix integration's entity set (16 source selects enabled, 16
stream switches + 16 signal sensors disabled-by-default) and
send_command service, deploy steps (and the custom_components-subdir
backup trap), and the rear-panel LED semantics plus the suspect-dead
port-1 transmitter. Protocol depth points to the repo's docs/device-api.md.

HA config now lives in dfritz/home-assistant (YAML + www cards + frame_art +
dashboard snapshot); the remote card moved from a standalone dir into that
repo's www/. Records the repo, its gitignore boundary, and the externally-managed
components.

Captures the home.vino.network app-layer knowledge that lived nowhere:
Lovelace storage-mode editing over the WS API, the Great Room AV topology
(Samsung Frame + HDMI matrix + Denon AVR audio + set_mode scripts), and the
bespoke great-room-remote-card (context-aware control target + volume, Samsung
KEY_* gotcha, iPhone no-scroll layout, deploy flow). Infra/access stays owned
by the fritzlab skill.
