Donavan Fritz f806ebcbd9 home-assistant: point card source-of-truth at the new config repo ...

HA config now lives in dfritz/home-assistant (YAML + www cards + frame_art +
dashboard snapshot); the remote card moved from a standalone dir into that
repo's www/. Records the repo, its gitignore boundary, and the externally-managed
components.
