Scheduled backup workflow run #11 cannot clone dfritz/home-assistant: the configured ops credential is rejected. Restore the repository-scoped Actions credential and rerun/prove the backup; do not place credentials in Git or issue comments.

Resolved operationally: the stale repository Actions GIT_TOKEN was rotated out-of-band to a repository-scoped ops PAT. Manual canary run #4193 succeeded in 8s, and all subsequent nightly runs remain green through run #7242 on 2026-08-09 (20 consecutive scheduled successes inspected). No repository change is required; no credential was committed or exposed.
